Acculogic to Exhibit Award-Winning Test Solutions at BiTS Workshop

Acculogic will exhibit in Booth K6 at the Burn-in & Test Strategies Workshop, scheduled to take place March 3-6, 2013 in Mesa, AZ. The company recently was awarded a 2013 NPI Award in the category of Test & Inspection – ICT for its Ultimate Accuracy Package for the Flying Scorpion.

Application of new and innovative design features to increase test speed, board access, reliability, and repeatability have opened up new possibilities for the deployment of Acculogic’s FLS980 series testers. As the first patented flying prober with double-sided testing and 22 “variable angle” probe modules, the FLS980 is leading the way in defining new leaner and more efficient deployment models for low to medium volume production environments.

Acculogic Introduced the Ultimate Accuracy Package to address several issues related to board location and probing accuracy in the real world of board testing. This package contains high-resolution GigE Cameras, LaserScan Z-Axis board contour mapping tool, new ultra-high accuracy probe modules and MicroScan system with mounted programmable microscope.
