Wade started working for FCT Assembly in March 2006, when, based in Florida, he ran a single laser in a one-man operation. Wade was then selected to head operations in Memphis for Fine Line Stencil, when it opened in 2007. Soon after he was promoted to Operations Manager for the division, when he assisted in the expansion of facilties in Milpitas, Texas and Dallas. During this time Wade also assisted with the development of the NanoSlic coating.
This coating improves paste release, enabling high yield printing at low area surface area ratios (SARs). In his new role, Wade will introducing NanoSlic to the market in the Southeast.
