Housed in rugged, compact enclosures, the modules are fully encapsulated in a thermally conductive compound, which protects against mechanical stress, moisture, dust and other contaminants. The modules can be mounted either to favour conduction cooling or convection by adding a heat-sink.
The DDP400 is available in three different high power output voltages at 12 V, 24 V or 48 V and is equipped with an auxiliary low power 12 V output, which can be used as the supply voltage for an external fan. An additional 5 V standby voltage is also available with a very low standby consumption < 0.5 W.
