Lost baggage is one of the worst things to happen when you are travelling or go on holiday. Putting a luggage tag on your suitcase each time you travel can be hassle and remembering to do so can be a drain. Brian Andersen and his wife finally got fed up of this and created Tagonce.

Tagonce is a tag with a unique QR code on it that can be scanned on a smartphone to find out contact information of the owner of the suitcase. Tagonce means users dont have to write the same contact information on their luggage tag each time they travel, they can update contact information at any time, from any where using their phone and it allows others to send the owner a message via their smartphone if they find the luggage.

The tag can be scanned without the app so lost property can be returned easier. If plans change, or users have to plan a new trip, they can simply open the app and change the plans without needing to have the luggage next to them.

The app also allows users to see the location and the time for when their luggage was last scanned, allowing users to allocate their luggage. The luggage owner can be located on Google Maps, texted or emailed with the click of a button by the finder of the luggage using a smartphone. The finder also doesn't have to contact the owner, they can leave their contact information and a message to the owner, allowing them to contact them.
