The Drone 3 is a boutique hand built vehicle, made right here in the UK, it omes with Spektrum DX5e radio controller, and 50W battery charger. This drone is an almost identical 1/3rd scale model of the new quadcopter design for the full-sized (manned) Hoverbike that was the 'worlds first' and was built and test-flown before the company even began work on the full-sized Hoverbike.

It was originally created to test various elements of the new full scale prototype that the company are now building. The drone has safety as its central feature. The ducting around the fans protects people or objects from being damaged by the spinning blades and the blades themselves are protected from damage.

This drone is shipped with the latest PixHawk flight controller. And is tuned, flight tested and ready to fly. The drone weighs in at 2.2kg and has a mac flight speed of 45mph. It folds up for transportation to 23.2" and features a variety of landing gears.

The drone is configured with a 2 or 3 axis camera and has battery voltage of 22.2V. If you have never flown a multicopter before, the company highly recommend purchasing a small drone to practice with first.
