Diversification prompts test company rebranding

A rebranding has transformed MCS Test Equipment into MCS Test, reflecting the company’s overall focus to providing leading consultancy in the Wireless, EMC, Avionics and Mobile Radio sectors and its increasingly diversified business relations within and outside the company.

Michael Gwynne, Marketing Manager for MCS Test explained that the rebrand of the name would reflect the evolving focus and standards of the company, adding, “It is now time for MCS Test to align its internal advancements with its external appearance in the industry, starting with the initial name rebrand and leading to a more consultative based website within the next 12 months.”

“MCS Test has been an integral distributor for the Test & Measurement industry in the UK & Europe, however, over the years the company’s focus has changed from distributing a wide range of test and measurement equipment to becoming specialist’s consultants in certain fields within the industry, it’s this and the introduction of a calibration laboratory in late 2015 along with other developments that has led to the name change.”
