Cattron, a Unit of Laird Technologies, Expands Sales Operations in China

Laird Technologies has announced it has appointed two Technical Sales Engineers, Allan Sheng and Simon Tang, to its location in Shanghai, China. They will report to Martin Chen, Cattron, a unit of Laird Technologies, Marketing and Sales Manager and be directly responsible for supporting wireless remote control sales to key markets in China.
“Allan and Simon add valuable technical sales experience as well as problem solving skills to Cattron’s China operation,” said Martin Chen, Cattron, a unit of Laird Technologies, Marketing and Sales Manager. “Their responsibilities include management of strategic channel partners, key end users, and accounts in assigned territories to ensure total customer satisfaction.”

Having a bachelor’s degree in Automation from Hunan University of Science and Technology, Allan brings more than seven years of experience, some of which with multinational organizations in various sales roles. His prior position was as Sales Manager for ESA Electronic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

With a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Shashi Industrial Engineering College, Simon possesses over eight years of experience working in the electrical controls industry. His prior position included five years of sales management and development of key customers with Siemens Manufacturing and Engineering Centre Ltd.
