Bentek Solar Receives UL 1741 Listing and CSA 22.2 Certification for Its 1000VDC Fused Re-combiners for Utility Scale Installations

Bentek Solar, a leader in Balance of System (BOS) design and manufacturing for commercial and utility scale solar PV products, has received UL 1741 listing and CSA 22.2 certification for its new 1000VDC Fused Re-combiners.

“The UL 1741 listed 1000VDC Fused Re-combiners are designed and manufactured for large utility scale projects. We are pleased with the market interest and response to this new product,” said Mitch Schoch, President and CEO of Bentek Solar.

Features of the UL 1741 listed 1000VDC Utility Scale Fused Re-combiner include:

• Up to 20 1000VDC fused inputs into NEMA 3R enclosure
• Multiple 100A, 200A and 400A 1000VDC fuses in one re-combiner
• Enclosure is NEMA-3R + dust tight, with removable bottom panels for wiring
• Ideal for large utility scale installations

“Our 1000VDC Fused Re-combiners are intended for installation next to the inverter. The re-combiners provide customers with multiple UL 1000VDCs over current protection in one safe, compact, easy-to-install enclosure,” said Jim Peplinski, Chief Technology Officer at Bentek Solar.
