With the acquisition of QSI Corporation, Beijer gets a strong presence in North America which is a strategically important market for the company. QSI Corporation has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of rugged operator panels and mobile data terminals for the industrial and transportation sectors. QSI Corporation is mainly active in the North American market and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah with a turnover of approximately 20 MUSD and 70 employees.
The acquisition of QSI Corporation means:
