Arrow Electronics acquires United Technical Publishing
Arrow Electronics has acquired United Technical Publishing, a digital provider of product information to the global electronics components industry and a division of Hearst Business Media. United Technical Publishing’s portfolio of resources, aimed at engineers involved in product design, includes directories, e-newsletters, engineering-driven websites, inventory access tools and databases.
Operating in North America, Europe and Asia, the United Technical Publishing’s family of products and services supports over 1m professionals worldwide in the field of electronic components, including engineers, procurement and strategic decision makers, with magazines, websites, forums, events, and design and inventory tools.
Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. Arrow serves as a supply channel partner for more than 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and commercial customers through a global network of more than 460 locations in 56 countries.
