Antenova Ltd, a leading developer and supplier of high performing integrated antennas and RF solutions for wireless communication and consumer electronic devices, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer/Head of Operations to join the executive management team. As a key executive, this person will report directly to the CEO as his strategic advisor. S/he will be expected to confidently demonstrate credibility and provide executive expertise in the full range of financial and operating functions including financial controls, accounting, capital management, financial analysis, legal management, human resources, and strategic planning including expanding the Company’s international operations, joint ventures and Mergers and Acquisitions.
The preferred candidate will have strong and agile ability to interact with customers, suppliers, legal counsel, bankers, investors, the Board, shareholders and fellow members of staff. Industry experience in a global technology and manufacturing based business and experience managing these areas in a high growth environment and/or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
