Angela Young Transitions to Major Account Manager for ACD

ACD announces the promotion of Angela Young to Major Account Manager. For the past five years, Angela worked as ACD’s Program Manager for the Inside Sales department, successfully supporting key accounts, training of new hires, working with the ACD MIS Team to develop and test new software, and acting as a liaison between internal departments.

Angela has more than 10 years of customer service experience and five years of experience in the circuit board manufacturing industry. She excels in new product introduction (NPI), written and verbal communication, project management, and planning and customer service.
