electronica gains an experienced trade-fair specialist in Ms. Marten: She began her career at Deutsche Messe AG in Hanover in 1993. In 2001, she moved to Leipziger Messe, where she successfully managed the GC-Games Convention, now gamescom, in the position of Exhibition Director. She was incharge of developing the fair’s concept and for its further strategic development.
After moving to Messe Frankfurt, for which she supervised the Intersec trade fairand conference in Dubai, other positions in the trade-fair and events sector followed. Marten most recently worked as Exhibition Director for two public exhibitions at Messe Hamburg. Angela Marten reports to Nicole Schmitt, who has been in charge of the strategic orientation of the trade fairs electronica and productronica in Munich aswell as their foreign spin-off shows in India and China since September 2011.
