ACD Offers 24-Hour Customer Support with PhaseWare

ACD (Automated Circuit Design), a leading supplier to the electronics industry, now offers customer support 24 hours a day/seven days a week with the PhaseWare Self Service Center.

PhaseWare’s Self Service Center provides online reporting, allowing ACD’s customers to obtain job status from the process center, review quality statistics and understand a generic root cause, review accounts receivable status, and download an updated inventory listing.

“Our goal is to provide dynamic real-time customer service through multiple channels of communications. Having an online customer self-service option allows us to offer a 24/7 solution. This option is available from very few companies, if any, in our industry,” commented W. Scott Fillebrown, President & CEO

With the implementation of PhaseWare’s Self Service Center, ACD’s customers can obtain job data for an individual board that was manufactured for a specific contact as opposed to a dump of all product data produced by ACD for a particular OEM, forcing an individual to weed through the data for a particular board. All of this is delivered through ACD’s SSL secured Web site.

We have a passion for connecting companies and customers efficiently and effectively. Great service is today’s largest business differentiator and we are pleased to provide a solution to make this possible,” commented Hoyt Mann, President & Co-Founder of PhaseWare, Inc.

PhaseWare, Inc. is headquartered in McKinney, TX. The company provides customer service and support software solutions optimized for the small- to medium-sized business. The PhaseWare Tracker and Self Service Center provide incident management process automation, incident tracking, and resolution of trouble tickets from origin to close, plus self-service and live chat customer service and support options.
