ESD Embedded World Supplement 2025
After a well-received debut in Austin in 2024, the show is prepared to expand its reach by moving to Anaheim, a city widely recognised for its thriving technology ecosystem and strong connections to global markets.
Dennis Smith, CEO of NürnbergMesse North America, commented: “Anaheim is a perfect home for embedded world North America. The city’s innovation ecosystem, access to global markets, and strong technology base provide an ideal environment for the show’s continued growth and deeper industry engagement.”
The 2025 edition is set to provide a dedicated platform for engineers, developers, product managers, and embedded systems professionals to explore the technologies shaping the future. With its established focus on embedded hardware and software, the programme will once again highlight advances in IoT, Edge computing, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Event highlights for 2025 include:
- Expert-led keynote sessions and technical presentations on embedded hardware, software, AI, and security
- A curated exhibition hall showcasing international suppliers and solution providers
- Practical workshops and live demonstrations
- Structured networking and matchmaking opportunities for engineers, executives, and innovators
Building on two decades of history in Europe, embedded world has established itself as one of the leading exhibitions for embedded technologies. Its wide-ranging scope spans automotive electronics, industrial control, IoT, medical devices, and AI-driven applications. The North American edition carries that momentum across the Atlantic, offering professionals opportunities to source new products, evaluate technologies, and connect with suppliers in a focused environment.
The debut edition in Austin demonstrated the value of this model. More than 3,500 attendees explored innovations from over 180 exhibitors, while the conference programme drew strong interest with keynote addresses and expert-led panels.
Bill Ingwersen, Managing Director of NürnbergMesse North America, reflected on the experience: “It [was] such a positive energy, and it was such a fantastic week. I really want to give a heartfelt-appreciative thanks to all that made this happen: our exhibitors, the attendees, our staff, the city of Austin, the Convention Centre, the hotels – it really takes a village to make something this big happen so wonderfully and there are so many people to thank and we are so appreciative of the positive vibes and the great energy that this community made.”
Feedback from the first edition indicated strong demand, with many exhibitors seeking to secure space for future editions. The relocation to Anaheim in 2025 reflects a strategic step to align the show with one of the country’s most active hubs for technology development.
Whether focused on real-time systems, connectivity, or Edge AI, embedded world North America 2025 positions itself as a must-attend event for professionals looking to engage with the embedded community, discover emerging trends, and exchange knowledge that would shape future innovation.
