New functionalities implemented in the X3-PRO range

ADEUNIS RF is happy to announce the implementation of new functionalities in the products in its X3-PRO radio modem range. Launched last May, this new homogeneous, interoperable and communicating range of X3-PRO modems permits bidirectional half-duplex Wireless data transmission over ranges of from 200m to 25 km.

The following functionalities have just been added to the ARF33-PRO, ARF43-PRO and ARF53-PRO license-free products:

• The addition of an RSSI (Received Strength Signal Indicator) indicator; an indicator that lets users assess the reception quality level of the last exchange and ensure the quality of the transmission.
• An increase in transmission distance thanks to the implementation of the repeater function in addressed mode.

Changes have also been made to ARF73 radio modems operating under a licence:
• Increase in buffer size from 240 to 400 bytes.
• Addition of 57.6K and 115.2K serial flow rates.

This range is available on European (863/870MHz) and American (902/928MHz) licence-free frequency bands or those subject to a licence (400/470MHz) with a power range of from 10mW to 4W.

In order to make their integration and use simple and immediate, even for non-RF specialists, ADEUNIS RF has developed its own configuration software supplied with all modems.
