LoRa RF modules go to +20dBM for long range applications
Specialist distributor TTI is now stocking the LoRa RF Modules from Murata.
LoRa is a wireless radio protocol that features an inexpensive, long range and low power platform geared for the Internet of Things (IoT).
Murata’s CMWX1ZZABZ (Type ABZ) RF Modules are stand-alone compact modules (12.4x11.6x1.76mm) with a 32-bit MCU and general purpose IOs for connecting directly to sensors, switches and LEDs.
The pre-certified radio features +14dBm power with a boost function using a power amplifier to achieve +20dBM for long range applications.
The Murata Type ABZ LoRa RF Modules are designed for IoT edge nodes including smart metering, M2M interface and feature a tracking capability without using a separate GPS module.
