The GRF2541, which is suitable for IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/p applications, provides 15dB flat gain and 1.0dB NF across a 4.9-6.0GHz bandwidth. For improved data rates in high signal strength environments, the device features a bypass-mode functionality, which improves the receiver dynamic range. In the presence of high RF input signal levels in LNA power-down mode, Guerrilla Armor technology provides outstanding off-state isolation. For application flexibility and efficiency, both the GRF2505 and GRF2541 feature adjustable bias current and Vdd.
According to Infonetics Research, the WLAN equipment market will expand in 2015, as spending by service providers and education increases and 802.11ac reaches critical mass.

The GRF2505 and GRF2541 are available in sample quantities now, priced from $1.05 and $1.00 respectively, and sold in 10,000 quantities. Production quantities will be available from Q2 2015.
