New low-cost coaxial adaptors suit applications in cellular infrastructure

RF and microwave component specialist Link Microtek has expanded its portfolio of LYNX products with the addition of a range of low-cost coaxial adaptors. Covering frequencies from DC to 4GHz, the adaptors are suitable for a wide variety of applications in mobile-phone infrastructure, as well as for test and development purposes.

The LYNX brand of components resulted from the collaboration of three leading European microwave representative organisations – Elexo of France, Globes Elektronik of Germany and Link Microtek of the UK.

Manufactured in the Far East to the highest quality standards, the products are available throughout Europe from any of the LYNX partner companies.

The new range of coaxial adaptors offers over 20 different permutations, enabling conversions between male or female BNC, N-type, SMA and SMB connectors.

They feature a VSWR of less than 1.20:1, a connector impedance of 50 ohms, an operating temperature range of -40 to +85degC and a durability of 1000 cycles. All models are held in stock, and there are no minimum order quantities.
