This transceiver is designed for single mode (SM) optical fiber. It belongs to GAO’s OEM Optical Transceivers family of products.
This high performance 1000Base-T SFP copper transceiver, model HTSFP-24-111X, operates at a 1310 nm wavelength and offers excellent immunity to interference. It features a small form factor package, a compact RJ-45 connector assembly, a LVPECL data interface which simplifies interfacing to external circuitry and an EEPROM which is used to store detailed product information. This transceiver is composed of two sections: a transmitter section and a receiver section. The transmitter section incorporates FP and a driver IC with temperature compensation and an automatic power control circuit. The receiver section incorporates an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode and trans-impedance with AGC for wide dynamic rage. It is compliant with SFP MSA, IEEE Std. 802.3TM-2002 and FCC 47 SFR Part 15, Class B. It is also available for RoHS compliant products and is completely compliant with SONET/SDH recommendations for OC-48 specifications. In addition, the physical layer IC can be accessed via 2-wire serial bus.
