Dipole antenna delivers wideband performance

Distributor RFMW has announced design and sales support for a Southwest Antennas’ half-wave dipole antenna.

The 1001-342 delivers wideband performance for commercial, military and federal law enforcement bands from 1.35 to 2.5 GHz with 2.4 dB omni-directional gain.

Handling up to 100 Watts of RF energy, applications served include tactical radio systems, hand-held or body worn radios, C4ISR / EW / SIGINT, DOD, unmanned systems, high-band cellular and 2.4 GHz ISM band coverage.

The antenna features a black chrome Type-N(m) RF connector and a rugged flat black, G10 fibre glass radome which gives the antenna a low visibility finish for tactical applications.
