The connector has a detection switch in sliding contact structure that can detect if a card has been inserted or not and that ensures a high reliability. Further technical specifications are a maximum initial contact resistance of 100mΩ at the connector contacts and 500mΩ at the detection switch, an insulation resistance of up to 1,000MΩ and a voltage proof of 500VAC per minute. Its operating temperature ranges from –25°C to +60°C. The 3-in-1 combine type connector complies with the RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) directive and is available in minimum packaging units of 300 pieces.
