Small high voltage reed relay in mini SIL/SIP packaging

Pickering Electronics has launched an extremely small high voltage reed relay, housed in the miniature SIL/SIP package, new Series 131 reed relays have a footprint of just 12.5x3.7mm and a height of 6.6mm and deliver a minimum stand-off of 1,500V.

Ultra-high density reed relays to showcase at electronica

The Pickering Series 115, 116 and 117 are three ranges of small Single Pole (1 Form A) reed relays ideal for the construction of high density matrices or multiplexers. Pickering Electronics has announced that its series 119 range, for up to 3kV, offers the industry’s smallest available high voltage Single-In-Line Reed Relay. The switches are intended for voltages very much higher than standard small SIL relays, such as cable testers and mixed signal ATE. Four versions are available, all with either 3, 5 or 12V operating coils.
