Henkel is targeting LED lighting applications with a reflective coating that exhibits minimal material ageing to help LED luminaires maintain performance and extend their brightness lifetime. Called StabiLUX, it is a high-reflectance white coating that maximizes the usable light from surface-mounted or Chip-On-Board (COB) LED emitters.

According to Henkel, LOCTITE Si 5611 provides good gap filling and sealing capacity along with high durability and resistance to humidity as well as UV radiation. Typical applications include the production of solar and lighting systems, illuminated signage, switches and electronic connectors.

The electronics division of Henkel has just announced the launch of temperature stable solder paste material, Loctite GC10, now available from Ellsworth Adhesives Europe. As the first material of its kind to boast temperature stability, the launch of Loctite GC10 marks a significant breakthrough in the solder paste market.
