HDMI interface with load switch and logic level translator
Providing the load switch and signal level shifting needed for HDMI interface, SG Micro has introduced an HDMI interface product with load switch and logic level translator. The SGM4561 meets all type approval requirements of logical level shifting for HDMI interface and contains a 5.0V load switch to protect hot-insertion of HDMI interface.
The load switch can support 200mA of load current. The internal level translators allow controllers operating with supplies as low as 1.6V to translate 1.8 or 2.8 or 3.3V logical level to 5.0V logical level used by HDMI interface. The SGM4561 has a low operating current of 100μA (typical) and shutdown current of 1uA (typical).
The SGM4561 is available in the Green MSOP-10 package and operates over an ambient temperature range from -40 to +85°C.
