All you need to know about the Google conference
Google’s conference took place yesterday, with the company presenting its latest hardware products. Two new smartphones, a PC, and a VR headset were all discussed. Here’s what you need to know.

Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2
The Android community has been eagerly awaiting the Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2. These smartphones show what a pure Android OS can do best.
The Pixel 2 has a screen size of 5” while the Pixel XL2’s is 6”. The two smartphones are waterproof, have a 12MP camera, and run on Android Oreo, thanks to both 4GB RAM and a Snapdragon 835 SoC.
The headphone jack has also gone and the smartphones run Stock Android.
When it comes down to prices, the Pixel 2 will cost £629, while the XL model has a heftier price tag of £799.

Google Pixelbook – when ChromeOS and Android become one
The Pixelbook is a computer that runs ChromeOS (Google’s operating system), while also allowing Android applications to run.
