ATFilms’ High Reflectivity Mirrors Now Available Exclusively from Semrock

Semrock, Inc. now offers ultra-high performance cavity ring down mirrors produced by ATFilms. The high-reflectivity mirrors are manufactured with the most current ion beam sputtering technology for use in demanding laser applications. Mirrors have reflectivities ranging from > 99.97% to > 99.999% depending on wavelength and can be used for cavities with finesses of more than 300,000 (wavelength dependent). ATFilms is known for their market-leading substrate polishing capabilities which when combined with the hard coated film allow for mirrors with very low absorption scatter losses (as low as 1ppm) and high laser damage threshold levels.

Our laser using customers will be able to order the mirrors online directly from us,” said Turan Erdogan, Semrock CTO. Semrock and ATFilms are a part of the new IDEX Optics and Photonics division.
