The CUB system supports all silicon variants of the ArcticLink III VX and BX families, which include RGB or MIPI-DSI inputs, and RGB, MIPI-DSI, and/or LVDS outputs. The CUB system allows designers to easily insert known-good boards into their prototype systems. Once the CUB system is integrated into the display path, designers can evaluate the Visual Enhancement Engine’s impact and measure the Display Power Optimizer’s power savings.
The CUB system design enables the creation of quick-turn daughter cards for direct connection to processor boards or displays, Connections may also be made through ‘blue-wiring’ to provided connector points. The boards feature a 100% open-design approach, providing developers with a proven starting point for production board design.
“The CUB system allows customers to evaluate QuickLogic’s VEE, DPO and display interface bridging technologies faster than ever before, minimizing the need for additional resources and speeding time-to-market for next generation products,” said Paul Karazuba, senior product marketing manager at QuickLogic.
