These converters have a universal input range of 90-264VAC / 127-300 VDC at frequencies of 47 to 440Hz, with outputs between -15 and 24V at up to 9A, depending on the model. Overpower and short circuit protection come as standard on all outputs. Overvoltage protection is 30 to 50% above the nominal output voltage. These converters have built in EMI filters (CISPR 22 Class B) and all models have an LED power-good indicator.
Nu Horizons introduces compact universal-input 50W power supply
Astec/Artesyn’s LPT50 series of triple-output, universal input 50W switching power supplies is now available from Nu Horizons Electronics. The devices have a compact 2 by 4” (50.8 by 101.6mm) footprint and are less than 1U high, achieving a typical efficiency of 80% at full load.
