XP Power has announced a trebling of its product warranty period to 3 years, from the current 1 year. The new policy is effective immediately. All XP Power’s own brand standard products are covered when used within specification and operating under normal working conditions. The warranty period starts when the product has been dispatched by XP.
The new three-year warranty demonstrates the confidence of high reliability that XP Power has in its products. Marketing Director, Steve Head, said, “Because we design and manufacture the vast majority of our own branded products, we have tight control of product quality and reliability is designed-in from the outset. Extending our warranty is one more way in which we are continually adding value to our power solutions.”
