Ulilising a 4-terminal (Kelvin) connection design, the WSMS5515 has all-welded construction and a high power-to-resistor size ratio. The resistor offers low inductance values of <5 nH, a low thermal EMF of <3 µV/degC, and an excellent frequency response to 50MHz. The device is lead (Pb)-free and RoHS-compliant.
Vishay’s Shunt Resistor from TTI has Low Resistance Values of 100-500µΩ
TTI has Vishay’s new WSMS5515 Power Metal Strip meter shunt resistor that offers 3W power capability in the 5515 size package, with extremely low resistance values down to 100µΩ. The new device also features very low resistance values from 100 to 500 µΩ, which provides increased accuracy in current meter shunt applications for industrial and residential electronic power meters.
