LAN is covered by a 16-bit ISA full duplex Ethernet controller which is NE2000 compatible and has a built in 16KB RAM buffer providing throughput speeds of 10Mbps. I/O interfaces include an enhanced IDE, RS-232, 16-bit GP10 and Ethernet.
Running off a single voltage +5V at 420mA supply, the Mity Mite measures 3.14 x 1.96 inches and weighs just 56g. Operating temperature is -20 deg.C to +70 deg.C and the module is supported by a development kit.
