DSL introduces new embedded Dual Core HMI

The new AHM-6XX6 range of embedded HMIs from DSL are power-optimised to deliver high performance-per-watt. With fanless Intel Atom D525 1.8 GHz dual core processors and 2GB DDR3 RAM, the new 8 – 19” panel computers with resistive touch screens are ideal for use as web browsers, terminals, automation control interfaces and all HMI applications.

For flexible storage, the AHM-6xx6 features a 2.5” removable SATA HDD and CompactFlash socket, while connectivity is supported with a Gb LAN, four USB ports and three serial ports. The AHM-6xx6 range will support Windows CE 6.0, XP Pro, XP Embedded, Windows 7 and Windows Embedded Standard 7.

DSL’s new robust HMIs with IP65 rated front panels can be VESA wall mounted or panel mounted with either 12V DC or optional 11V – 32V input.
