The new high-current chip fuse complements and expands Tyco Electronics’ line of overcurrent protection devices, said Steven Deffley, global product manager, Fuse Line. This small form factor device can help designers optimize board space requirements in high-current, high-temperature applications.
The devices are available on 178mm diameter reels for compatibility with high-volume assembly methods.
