The TOP-100 series units from TracoPower produce up to 100W output power over an industrial operating temperature range from –25°C to +50°C with natural convection cooling. As a result, a dedicated fan in the system can be eliminated.
This performance is achieved by a state-of-the-art circuit design achieving a very high efficiency of over 90%. Compared to traditional open frame power supplies, the power loss of TOP-100 units is reduced by around 50% giving a very positive impact on the reliability and lifetime of the product.
Currently, there are seven standard models available with output voltages from 3.3 to 48VDC.
With safety approvals for class l and class ll operation, TOP-100 power supplies offer an ideal solution for those space and cost critical applications in the industrial, ITE, medical and consumer electronics field.
