Circular connectors for demanding power applications

Lane Electronics has made available the Weald Electronics LMH series of bayonet coupling circular power connectors which are designed to meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-26482. Available from Lane’s comprehensive connector stockholding in a variety of shell sizes and styles as well as many contact arrangements from 2 to 61 with solder contacts, the LMH series features peak working voltages as high as 1500V – DC or AC.

Maximum current rating at 85⁰C ranges from 7.5A for size 20 to 45A for size 8 with 13A for size 16 and 23A for size 12. All versions can be specified in a variety of RoHS compliant finishes and Lane’s engineering applications team can incorporate a wide selection of accessories including J sealing glands, protective caps and screen termination.

As well as meeting the requirements of MIL-DTL-26482, these high performance connectors have also been approved to IECQ-CECC spec BS/CECC 75201-003 and BS 9522 F0017.
