With the acquisition, Teledyne SP Devices will operate in close cooperation with the oscilloscope, protocol analyser, and test and measurement solution provider Teledyne LeCroy. Teledyne LeCroy provides a high resolution, high channel count oscilloscopes and will together with SP Devices provide modular and embedded data acquisition and signal generation solutions. Teledyne SP Devices will further continue to collaborate with the broadband data converter business of Teledyne e2v providing high performance, high reliability data converter solutions.
Teledyne SP Devices has announcd that it is determined to deliver solutions for key market segments including analytical instruments, remote sensing, scientific instrumentation, and medical imaging.
