Thick film resistors are highly reliable

Among the most recent additions to Schukat’s range of products are the thick film resistors in Panasonic’s ERJ3GE, ERJ3EK, ERJ6GE and ERJ6EN series. These small, light current-measuring resistors from Panasonic offer high reliability with a metal glaze thick film resistance element and three layers of electrodes.

The ERJ3GE and ERJ3EK models are available in the 0603 standard case with 0.1W rating and the ERJ6GE and ERJ6EN models in the 0805 case with 0.125W rating, with tolerances of 1% and 5% as applicable.

The resistors are designed for operating temperatures between -55 and +105°C, and have been AEC-Q200 qualified by the Automotive Electronics Council with the load test for passive components. These Panasonic thick film resistors can now be ordered.
