Custom rails are assembled by the user within a 3D workspace, which can be zoomed and rotated in any direction. The user’s assembly configuration can be checked for mechanical and electrical accuracy. The program will suggests fault remedies which can be accepted automatically or manually.
When combined with the in-built online tutorials, the program can be learned by operators of varying skill levels. Once designed, the project documentation can be printed, or data can be exported to a CAD system. Individual markers and marking strips can be configured for easy labelling from the initial design stage through implementation.
The program allows users to share projects securely with specified contacts, allowing multiple users to access and edit projects and notes from anywhere in the world. Projects can be exported in .dxf, .dwg, step and iges formats in both 2D and 3D, suitable for a range of CAD systems including AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solid Works, Unigraphics and Wildfire.
Once satisfied with a configuration, pricing enquiries can be submitted or orders initiated directly to WAGO’s support team from within the program.
