California test lab gets EMVCo test accreditation

The CETECOM Silicon Valley laboratory in Milpitas, California is now accredited by EMVCo to provide EMVCo Terminal Contactless Level 1 testing and certification services. The laboratory is the first in the US to provide this service. This new accreditation especially enhances CETECOM’s SmartCard offering portfolio in the US, which already includes services such as EMVCo, MasterCard, Visa and Amex L1 testing for Cards and Mobiles as well as MasterCard Contactless Reader Level 2.
