The VOICE 2016 technical program features Advantest customers, partners and employees presenting papers on the latest advances in improving the efficiency and cost effectiveness of semiconductor testing.
This year’s program will have more presentations than ever before covering: hot, timely topics in the automatic test equipment (ATE) industry, hardware design and integration, improving throughput, reducing time to market, new hardware and software test solutions, test methodologies, device-specific testing and – for the first time – a product engineering track.
In addition to paper presentations, Advantest R&D engineers and technology experts will be available in kiosks to discuss other testing topics with interested attendees.
A keynote speech will be delivered each morning of the conference. The San Diego event will feature Michael Campbell (pictured), senior vice president of engineering for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies and the industry futurist who presented the inaugural VOICE keynote in 2006; and Yossi Ghinsberg, an international best-selling author whose harrowing experience surviving in the Amazon jungle is being made into a Hollywood movie.
VOICE 2016 in San Diego (May 9-11) will be held at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa. The conference kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Monday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. On Tuesday, May 10, VOICE takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by an evening event at the iconic USS Midway. On Wednesday, May 11, VOICE takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; attendees should plan to stay until 6:30 p.m. for the awards ceremony and prize drawings.
