The SMV1220A-LF is designed to deliver 3±3 dBm of output power into a 50Ω load while operating over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C. This low cost VCO is further enhanced by saving precious energy. It consumes 20mA of current while operating off a 5.0VDC supply.
The SMV1220A-LF features a typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -10dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s industry standard SUB-L package measuring 0.3×0.3×0.08″. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The SMV1220A-LF is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. The SMV1220A-LF is well suited for microwave radio systems that require exceptional phase noise performance and have demanding size constraints.
