Thanks to its data transmission rate of 15Mb/s, the EL071L is suited for serial and field bus interface isolation in industrial applications, including data transmission for line receivers, data multiplexing, switching power supplies, pulse transformer replacement, computer peripheral interface and high speed logic ground isolation.
Other important features include both 3.3 and 5V CMOS compatibility, a high CMR of more than 10,000V/μs for higher/superior anti-interference, and 10kV/μs minimum common mode transient immunity. The guaranteed temperature operation performance ranges from -40 to 110°C. In addition, the EL071L also features a high isolation voltage between input and output of 3,750VRMS.
The EL071L high-speed optocoupler is Pb-free, halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
