The EK series of CW IR emitters, which are available in TO-8, TO-5 and TO-3 housings with a gold plated parabolic reflector as standard, reach temperatures of up to 1000°C.
Available in a two-pin TO-8 housing or a four-pin TO-8 housing, the EF series of pulsed emitters can reach peak temperatures of 700°C with three emitting elements that can be operated together (two-pin TO-8 housing) or independently (four-pin TO-8 housing).
The EK and EF devices are available as windowless, sapphire, CaF or ZnSe windowed versions.
Suitable for NIR applications, the EP series of emitters use tungsten elements and can be operated at temperatures in excess of 1650°C. These emitters are only available with sapphire windows in a TO-8 housing; with reflectors on request.
