MACOM will also showcase Gen4 GaN-on-Silicon: State of the art GaN process optimised for linearity, as well as the GaN-on-Silicon integrated amplifier family demo which will feature input matched, broadband, integrated amplifiers operating over multi-octave bandwidths, showcasing the ease of use of these products for a variety of commercial, industrial, defence and ISM applications including wireless power.
