Other standard features include 1500VDC isolation, continuous short circuit protection, switching frequency of 100kHz minimum and full load operating temperature range from -40 to +65°C. Optional features include remote on/off control and 3000VDC high isolation.
All models are enclosed in a miniature 8-pin SIL non-conductive black flame resistant resin package and provide the same performance as conventional DIL 24-pin products with a 66% saving in volume and 68% footprint saving.
