Applications include phase adjustment of test systems, phase tuning driver amplifiers in high power RF/Microwave sources, and phase trimming multi element antenna arrays.
ATM Phase shifters are reciprocal networks, meaning that they work effectively on signals passing in either direction, and provide low insertion loss, and equal amplitude (or loss) in all phase states. They are available in 30, 40, 60, 90, 180 and 360° designs, over a range of frequencies for applications up to 40GHz.
Control options range from a simple manual knob adjustment, digital counting dial, direct digital reading and motor drive options for integration into customer systems.
Recently added to the ATM range is the ‘very low loss’ mm-wave phase shifters which feature a low loss cavity design that yields much lower loss when compared to standard designs. These narrow band phase shifters (typical bandwidth 3GHz) cover the frequency range 17-45GHz in 11 models. All models have 0-360° of phase shift with an insertion loss of 1.0 to 1.5dB.
ATM also design and manufacture a range of ‘Phase Adjusters’ where frequency, phase adjustment and physical size are all engineered to meet customers’ requirements.
