According to Research and Markets, the wireless network infrastructure market will grow at a CAGR of more than 5%, accounting for over $104bn in annual spending by the end of 2020.

Housed in a 3.0×3.0x0.55mm, 16-pin plastic QFN package, the GRF5020 is available now in sample quantities. The device is priced at $3.22 each and sold in 10,000-piece quantities. Production quantities will be available from Q2 2015.
