The M300 high-density interconnects can handle currents up to 10A and temperatures from -65 to +175°C, making them suited for rugged environments including defence and commercial aircraft, industrial, oil and gas exploration, satellites and UAVs. Based on a 3mm pitch, Harwin says that the M300 family can withstand more than twice the number of mating operations than previous-gen products.

Design engineers often have to order bespoke cans during development, without being sure of their eventual requirement. The EZ-Shield Cans kit provides a low-cost, time-saving DIY alternative: two supplied nickel silver sheets are pre-scribed on a 5mm grid so engineers can cut and form EZ-Shield Cans to the desired size on the spot.
