Free workshop explores paste-place-reflow

  Scheduled for Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st January, 2015, a technical training workshop, featuring a paste-place-reflow product overview, is being offered by DDM Novastar.

After attending the last Paste-Place-Reflow workshop in September, three attendees from one company commented: “[We] would like to sincerely thank you for hosting technical training at your facility last week. It was great getting to see your facility and meet everyone. The hands-on training provided by Rich was invaluable.”

Advanced technical training includes:

Paste:

  • In-depth how-to stencil printing process;
  • Single or double sided boards;
  • Vacuum hold-downs for flexible circuits; and
  • Maintenance and upkeep.

Place

  • In-depth software training and programming;
  • CAD Importing;
  • Performance optimisation, improving speed; and
  • Maintenance and upkeep.

Reflow

  • Programming the oven;
  • How to profile your product/board;
  • Board handling, single/double sided; and
  • Maintenance and upkeep.
